Welcome to The Adventures of Chi-Chi the Chinchilla! We're a small but growing children's brand that has been enchanting young hearts for over 10 years. Our journey began with a passion for creating original stories that ignite the imagination of children everywhere written by our author. We sell one-of-a-kind children’s book series signed by author as well as plush toys -all based on an adorable chinchilla!
Chi-Chi the Chinchilla is the lovable character at the heart of our brand. With books and toys that encourage creativity and transport young minds to magical realms, Chi-Chi has become an inspiration to all young children through his adventures. The book series cover lessons in kindness, discipline, accepting differences, geography, friendship, power of positive thinking and more! They are meant to educate as well as to entertain the young readers!

Our mission is to bring a lovable character to life - who not only inspires kids through his adventures, but also takes them on journeys that teaches valuable lessons that they can carry with them for a lifetime.
Since we believe that world change depends on the younger generation, we wanted to create a character who would build a home in children's hearts. Our Chinchilla family is all about inspiring future generations and making sure we give back by partnering with other companies!

About the Author
With a profound love for storytelling deeply ingrained in her spirit, Ekaterina found her muse in a rather unique and endearing character, her beloved pet chinchilla. This inspiration led to the creation of her first children’s book, The Adventures of Chi-Chi the Chinchilla, which quickly became a cherished tale among young readers. Through Chi-Chi the Chinchilla and other characters she brings to life, she creates a world where joy and wisdom leaving a lasting impact on her audience. Her dedication to crafting memorable and meaningful stories firmly establishes her as a cherished author in the realm of children’s literature.
“I wanted to create stories that instill lessons through a lovable character. I’m always interested in my surroundings as well as people and find that no matter how different we are, we all carry stories with us through our lives. Some carry stories from fairytales, some from parents and some carry stories from experience- I hope to achieve the same with the chinchilla series-I hope these are stories and lessons children carry into adulthood and through life.”
Once the first book’s following grew in size, Ekaterina released Chi-Chi’s second adventure with even more colorful characters.
“In the second book, I wanted to introduce unique characters from different worlds as well as introduce a completely different color of chinchilla — purple! Many times in life we have to learn how to deal with the ever-changing world and different people around us. We often forget that life would be so boring if we were all the same! Our differences make us stronger! Chi-Chi learns this valuable lesson, and discovers that true gifts are not material, but are intangible — like friendship!”
About Chi-Chi the Chinchilla
Chi-Chi the Chinchilla came into the author’s life over 10 years ago. With his playful personality and cute looks – she fell in love with his spirit right away and so did the kids. Join him on his adventures through the book series :)
